PTZ camera control parameters

I`ve been using a number of IP cameras for Live Football Streaming. I have tested with the 3 cameras below, each has their own benefits.

-- Dahua dome camera. ideal for setting up close to a goal area. POE over LAN is ideal.

-- SV3C camera is a good outdoor camera with LAN (can use wifi), needs power, but you get POE LAN power options.

-- Zowietek camera is slightly more expensive model and provides some good zoom and follow sequences. This uses the ONVIF command sequences.

All the cameras can be setup using basic URL PTZ commands. This app is basically to use Presets, Left, Right, Up and Down commands. These can be expanded to utilise more of the PTZ command structures.

You will see the ONVIF PTZ commands are a bit cumbersome, though I`m still trying to work out some of the commands, such as Left Stop.

Initially I set these links up so I could test the format of the PTZ URL commands.

You will see at the bottom of the ONVIF page the format/layout of the URL PTZ commands. picpic
