IPv6 Setup Issues

Due to a server upgrade we have become aware of some email issues. These have been tracked down to IPv6 problems.

The current solution is to get you to make the traditional IPv4 network as a priorty, rather than IPv6, for your network on your laptop/desktop.

On Windows go to the Start menu, type `cmd` and select from the pop up Command Prompt Run as Administrator.

This will open up a command prompt window. In the command prompt use the following command:

netsh interface ipv6 set prefixpolicy ::ffff:0:0/96 46 4

Hopefully this will revert your network to get round the issue. Once the server IPv6 issue has been resolved we can look at reverting back to IPv6 network protocol.
